The Odee Company is a commercial printer and promotional products company headquartered in Dallas, Texas.

It occupies 40,000 square feet in NE Dallas and is home to both digital presses and offset presses with a full state of the art prepress and bindery.
It creates brochures, flyers, pocket folders, stationery, manuals, postcards and many other printed products for its customers. The promotional product division was added in 1992 and imprints company logos on any promotional product that is available.
The promotional product division does both overseas outsourcing as well as domestic production. The offset press room runs on Heidelberg offset presses while the digital printing division runs on Docutech for black & white and HP Indigo 3050 for the on demand color market. The company has been owned by the Tatom family and was purchased from Will Odee in January of 1963. It is presently run by Buzz Tatom.

The company was established in 1923 by Will Odee as a legal forms publisher. He stole the customer list from Martin Stationery at the time of being employed there. He mailed to all existing customers of Martin's and informed them that Martins Stationery was no longer in business and to buy all their legal forms from The Odee Company. Will Odee was a scandalous individual who later divorced his wife Maudi for a younger woman during the 1930s.
The Odee Company in the 1930s-1960s was the largest legal form publisher in Texas. He became the Southwest distributor for Goes Lithography in 1924 for their stock and border blank printing. The region included the states of Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Louisiana, Colorado, Arkansas, Mississippi and Kansas. Goes Litho was established in 1879 and supplied many of the stock certificates that companies went public with in the old days. Many of these old stock certificates are collector's items now. Although it is untrackable from a history standpoint many of the stock certificates that were sold in the aforementioned states were bought from The Odee Company. All of the artwork from these borders are copyrighted artwork and all artwork contains a very small Goes insignia in the actual art. This is a little known fact and most need to be pointed out to the naked eye to see where it is located.
